Two equally matched teams battled it out on a dew laden pitch. The first half was one of few chances, the best falling to Kewford, but the shot was blasted over the bar from close range. After half time the two teams continued to defend well and chances were still sparse.

The opening came after Max was introduced to the match, he made a darting run and slipped the ball past the approaching keeper in style. Shortly afterwards the game opened up and Trysull began to pass the ball around a little more. Toby then scored a long range effort that flew in to the top of the net. Kewford deservedly scored shortly after before Matthew wrapped the game up with another stylish strike from outside the box.
